Where’s my postcard?
Open My orders and choose a postcard to see its journey, any available estimated arrival and anything that needs your attention.
How long does delivery take?
Printing takes 2–3 working days, then the local post carries the postcard. See the typical arrival times by country, and what to do if a card is late.
My postcard hasn’t arrived
Check the address and the estimated arrival window. If it has passed, tell us from your order page and we’ll review it; eligible cases get one complimentary replacement.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake. A postcard still waiting for its address may offer cancellation in your order; one already released cannot always be stopped.
Where can I send postcards?
We send worldwide, except to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Kosovo. Check the recipient’s country and address in the people step.
Where can I find my order?
Go to My orders in Snailmail, or use the private order link sent to the checkout email address.
Can I add an address after checkout?
Yes, where Address later is offered. The postcard stays on hold until you add and confirm the address before the deadline displayed for your order.
