Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake. A postcard still waiting for its address may offer cancellation in your order; one already released cannot always be stopped.

If an address is still missing
Open My orders and choose the order. You can add and confirm an address before the displayed deadline. If the postcard is eligible for cancellation, use the cancellation option shown beside it.
An eligible cancellation refunds the amount allocated to that postcard. It does not recalculate the prices of the other postcards in your order.
If you entered the wrong address or message
Email us promptly with the order reference and the correction you need. Once a postcard has been released, we cannot promise that its artwork, message or address can be changed.
If the status is unclear
Let us investigate before reordering. A missing update does not establish that the first submission failed.
