Where can I find my order?
Go to My orders in Snailmail, or use the private order link sent to the checkout email address.

From your account
Sign in with the email address you used for the order, then open My orders. Choose an order to see its postcards, recipients, payment information and any address deadline.
From your email
Look for your order-link email, including your spam folder. Keep the link private: it gives access to your order.
If you cannot find the email, use the order-access option in the product to request another link. Double-check the email address before submitting.
Still cannot find it?
Contact us with the email address you used and any order reference you saved. Do not send full payment-card details.
