Printing and delivery

We send worldwide. Printing takes 2–3 working days, then the postcard is handed to the postal service. Weekends and public holidays can delay printing.

Typical arrival, in working days after you order:

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 working days
  • Germany: 6–10 working days
  • Sweden: 6–10 working days
  • United States: 9–13 working days

Other countries: it depends on the local post. Checkout shows the typical arrival time for the four countries above. Dates are not guaranteed, so send early for occasions.

If no arrival time is shown and your postcard seems late, use Didn’t arrive? Let us know in My orders so we can review it.

Waiting for an address?

A postcard marked Waiting for an address stays on hold until you add and confirm the address. The delivery journey starts after the address is ready and the postcard can be released, rather than when you first paid.

Sending for a birthday or a particular day?

Order well ahead and leave extra time for printing, weekends, public holidays and postal delays. We cannot promise arrival on an exact date. If the date is essential, contact us before ordering.

Has an estimate passed?

Open the postcard in My orders and choose Didn’t arrive? Let us know. We’ll review the order and, for eligible cases, provide one complimentary replacement postcard (see our delivery promise). More in My postcard hasn’t arrived.
