Give good mail a little time.
We mail worldwide. How long it takes depends on the country.
First, printing.
Printing takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends or on public holidays may start on the next working day.
Then, postal travel.
Typical arrival, in working days after you order:
| United Kingdom | 4–8 working days |
|---|---|
| Germany | 6–10 working days |
| Sweden | 6–10 working days |
| United States | 9–13 working days |
Other countries: it depends on the local post. Checkout shows the typical arrival time for the four countries above.
Dates are not guaranteed, so send early for occasions. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Good to know before you send.
- Where can I send?
- We mail worldwide, except to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Kosovo. We also can’t send to places without a public postal service. Enter the full recipient address in the app to check it. See where you can send postcards.
- What does delivery cost?
- Delivery is part of the printing and postage price per card. Designing is free, and checkout shows your total before you pay. See pricing for the current prices.
- Can I follow the journey?
- Open your order to see the progress and delivery estimate available to us. “Dispatched” means handed to the postal service. An estimated arrival or delivery status is not confirmation that the recipient has received the card.
- What should I check?
- Check the recipient’s name, street address, postcode and country before ordering. If something needs correcting, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible once printing has started.
Still waiting for a postcard?
Check the latest estimate in your order and confirm the address. If the card is missing, late or damaged, contact us with your order reference and what happened. A photo helps if it arrived damaged.
We’ll review the order and help with the next step. Our delivery promise provides one complimentary replacement for eligible non-delivery cases. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
