What the steps mean
- Waiting for an address: add and confirm the address, or approve your friend’s shared address, before the deadline in your order.
- Order confirmed: we have your order. Nothing has been printed yet.
- Preparing your card: we are getting the artwork ready for printing.
- Sent to the printer: your postcard has been sent for printing and mailing. It has not necessarily been printed yet.
- Printing: your postcard is being printed.
- In the post: your postcard has been handed to the postal service and is on its way.
- Estimated arrival: the expected dates, when an estimate is available. After that window it reads Expected to have arrived, which does not confirm the recipient has the card.
About arrival dates
Any arrival date shown for your order is an estimate, not a guarantee. Some destinations do not have an estimate yet. Check My orders for the latest information available for each postcard.
Why updates can pause
Postcards travel as ordinary post, without the tracking of a signed-for parcel. There may be no update between posting and arrival, and a quiet order page does not mean a card is lost.
Not there yet?
Once an estimated window has passed, open the postcard in My orders and choose Didn’t arrive? Let us know. We’ll review the order and, for eligible cases, provide one complimentary replacement postcard. Read our delivery promise and My postcard hasn’t arrived.
Still unsure?
Email us with your order reference and what you see on the screen. We can look into it without asking you to place the same order again.
