We process your content to provide the features you choose: saving designs, making cards, handling orders and opening recipient experiences. Keep private links private.

The information each feature needs
Your design and message are saved so you can edit and review them. Recipient names and addresses are used to prepare and mail your postcards. Video and QR features need hosted content so the recipient can open it.
When you choose AI, the instructions and selected reference photos are sent for that request. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Snailmail does not receive full card numbers from Stripe.
Share thoughtfully
Order links, recipient QR links and address collection links provide specific access. Share them directly with the intended person and avoid posting private links publicly.
Your choices
Use a photo or template without AI, share links only with intended people, and contact us about access, correction or deletion.
