Who can open my postcard links?
Treat order links, recipient QR links and address collection links as private. Someone you share a link with may be able to use the access it provides.

Different links do different things
- An order link gives access to the order information and supported order actions.
- A recipient QR link opens the postcard’s recipient experience and available video.
- A collection link lets a friend submit an address; it does not let them browse other people’s submissions.
Share thoughtfully
Send the right link directly to the intended person. Avoid publishing a private QR code or order link on social media.
Public postcard sharing
Where you approve sharing, the selected front image and caption can be shared. The postcard’s private back message is not included in that public sharing image.
A link was shared by mistake
Contact us. Removing access in Snailmail cannot remove screenshots, downloads or copies already made by someone else.
