How do I delete my account or personal information?
Use the account deletion option in your account settings, or contact hello@smail.cards to request removal of personal information.

Before deleting your account
Save anything you want to keep and read the confirmation screen. Account deletion removes access to work and saved people. If an order is waiting for an address or its payment or submission is unresolved, deletion may be blocked until that is handled. Deletion does not automatically cancel or refund an outstanding order, or erase records that must be kept for required purposes.
Recipient address requests
If someone supplied your address through a collection link, you can ask that sender to remove it from their address book. You can also contact us directly.
What we may need
Explain what you want removed and your relationship to the information. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Do not send identification documents unless we specifically request an appropriate way to verify it.
Downloaded videos, screenshots and copies held by another person are outside our control. The current Privacy Policy explains retention and available privacy rights.
