Who can see an address my friend shares?

An address submitted through your collection link goes into your private address book. Other people using that link cannot see the entries.

Updated

What your friend provides

The collection form asks for a name or household names and a mailing address. Your friend does not need an account, and the form does not ask for an email address, phone number or birthday.

Updating an entry

The submitting browser can use its supported edit access to correct its own entry. Clearing that browser’s cookies can remove the edit access. If your friend cannot edit, they can ask you to correct or remove the entry.

Removing an address

You can delete it from your address book. A recipient can ask you to do this or contact Snailmail. Separate order records may need to remain for support or other required purposes.

Link availability

Use the currently active link in your account. Do not assume an older shared link will always remain available.
