Payment & receipts
Review the full total before paying. After checkout, use your confirmation and My orders to check payment information or request a receipt.

Before you pay
Check the currency, postcard count, addresses and selected add-ons. Checkout shows the total before you confirm payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Choose a method offered on your checkout screen and complete any verification requested by your bank. Available methods can vary by device, country and payment eligibility.
After payment
Keep the order confirmation and private order link. Open My orders to see the recorded payment status and any refund updates.
A pending payment needs confirmation before it can release postcards for printing. A missing email or closed tab does not prove payment failed: check your order before trying again.
Need a receipt or invoice?
If the document you need is not available in your order or payment confirmation, email us with the order reference and what you need.
Keeping payment details safe
Stripe handles your payment details; Snailmail does not receive your full card number from Stripe. Never email full card numbers, security codes or sign-in codes to support.
