My friend shared an address. What next?
A shared address appears in your address book. For a paid postcard waiting for an address, you still need to check the match and approve it in the order.

Finish the connection
- Open My orders and choose the order waiting for an address.
- Open the relevant postcard or recipient.
- Check the shared name and full address.
- Confirm the correct match using the action shown.
If the suggested match is not the intended recipient, do not approve it. Choose or enter the correct address instead.
Watch the deadline
The order shows the last date to add and approve missing addresses. Receiving an address alone does not complete approval or extend that deadline.
Why a separate approval?
You know who should receive your card. The confirmation step helps avoid releasing a postcard to someone merely because their name looks similar.
