How do I write or change the message?
Use the message step to write the note printed on the back. You can choose a writing style and review how the message fits before continuing.
How do I add recipients?
In the people step, add the person receiving the card and their mailing address. Repeat for everyone you want to send that design to.
I don’t know my friend’s address
Share your address collection link and let your friend enter their own address. They do not need a Snailmail account.
My friend shared an address. What next?
A shared address appears in your address book. For a paid postcard waiting for an address, you still need to check the match and approve it in the order.
Can each person get a different message?
Yes. Use the personalisation step to check and change the message for each recipient while keeping the same postcard design.
How does the video QR code work?
Add a video to your postcard and its QR code opens the recipient experience in a browser. The recipient can scan it with a phone camera; no separate app is needed.
The postcard video won’t play
Open the QR link in an up-to-date browser and check your connection. If the video has expired, been removed or is still processing, it may be unavailable.
How do I add my own handwriting?
Write a short note on paper, add a photo, and preview your actual handwriting on the back of a printed postcard.
