How do I add my own song?

Start on the gift step

After your message, open Add a gift, choose Your own song and then Create song. If song creation is unavailable, you can still send your postcard and try again later. Recipients scan the QR code on the card to hear the song.

Tell us about it

• What should this song be about? is optional. Share a memory, an inside joke or something you love about them; more detail makes it more personal.
• Pick a sound: Pop, Acoustic, Hip-hop, Rock, Dance or Surprise me.
• Song language: the language it is sung in.
• Use my own lyrics is optional. Give a few lines and we build a full song around them, keeping your words. For complete lyrics, include every verse and chorus.

Then start your song with the button at the bottom of the setup.

Choose your favourite

You can create up to two versions. Listen to them and choose Use this song. To make another version, choose Create second version. Then choose Back to postcard.

One song for everyone, or one for a person

A song you add to a design goes with all of its recipients. To give one person their own song, open People, choose Add / edit gifts for that person and create their song there.

Change or remove it

On the gift step, choose Preview to play the song, Change to pick another version, or Remove to take it off the card.

Price and your details

The price is shown in the song setup and in checkout; see How much does a postcard cost?. To create the song, the details and lyrics you enter, your card message and your sender name may be shared with third-party AI model providers, together with an image of your card front.
