Open My drafts to continue unfinished postcards and My orders to find placed orders. Sign in with the same account you used before.

If you are signed in
Go to My drafts to return to editable work. My orders holds placed orders, including their saved designs and recipients.
Account-linked work is available after signing in on another device. Check that you used the same email address or linked provider account.
If you started as a guest
Return in the same browser. Guest access depends on cookies, so clearing browser data, using a private window or moving to another device can make unlinked work inaccessible.
Guest work that you have started is normally kept for seven days after meaningful activity. An untouched session has a shorter window. Return promptly instead of relying on guest work as permanent storage.
To keep work connected to your account, sign in while it is still accessible and complete the supported save flow.
