What is Your Moments and how do I add it?

What it is

Your Moments is a 60-second animated recap made from your photos and a few short answers. It plays in the recipient’s browser, together with any video or song you added. Some occasions give it a matching name, such as Our Year or Our Story.

Is it offered to me?

Your Moments appears on the Add a gift step where it is offered. It is added once for the whole order and shared by every card in it, so it is not offered when you add a gift for one person. Currently it is offered with euro checkout. If you do not see it, the rest of the gift step works as usual.

Add it

1. On Add a gift, choose Create recap.
2. Photos: choose 4 to 8 of your favourite photos.
3. Memories: answer a few short questions. Choose Skip on any you would rather leave out. We turn your answers into short captions.
4. Style: choose a look for your recap, then choose Preview recap.
5. Watch the preview, edit a caption or a photo if you want to, then choose Add recap.

Change or remove it

Before checkout, choose Edit to change your photos, answers or style, or Remove to take it off the order. If you change something after adding it, choose Update recap so checkout includes your latest changes.

Price

The price is shown on the gift step and in checkout, once for all the cards in the order. See How much does a postcard cost?.

Your photos and answers

Your recap photos are used to build the recap and are not sent to an AI provider. Where caption suggestions are turned on, the written answers you give may be shared with third-party AI model providers to write the captions. See What happens to my photos when I use AI?.
