What are Create and Decorate?
The first step of your card has a Create | Decorate switch. Create makes the picture with AI; Decorate is the editor for photo, text and stickers. Switch whenever you like.

Two ways to work on the front
The first step of your card has a Create | Decorate switch.
- Create is where you describe an idea or add a photo and choose the picture AI makes. See How do I create a postcard with AI?.
- Decorate is the editor. Adjust a photo’s placement and crop, and add or change text and stickers. See How do I edit a postcard?.
Switching between them
Choose Create or Decorate to switch. Switching does not use one of your AI generations. Going to Decorate first saves your selected picture as the card’s main picture and keeps your decorations. Going back to Create shows the whole decorated card; a change you ask for there edits the main picture only.
No switch?
The switch only appears when AI creation is available for your card. Without it, you work directly in the editor. Some templates also open straight in Decorate; see How do I use a template?.
