Guests get 5 generations. Signed in, each card can have up to 10, with 30 a month across your cards.

Generations and versions
A generation is one request that makes a new picture: creating a picture, or asking AI to change one, including a selected area. Versions are the pictures saved on your card. Going back to an earlier version never uses a generation.
How many do I get?
As a guest: 5 generations. They don't renew, and you keep every version you made.
Signed in: up to 10 generations per card, with 30 generations per calendar month (UTC) across all your cards. The maker shows how many you have left.

What doesn't use a generation?
Starting from a template, choosing a picture from Get inspired, going back to an earlier version, cropping your photo, writing your message, and adding text or stickers.
I ran out. What now?
As a guest, sign in to unlock 5 extra generations on the same card. If a card reaches 10, pick your favourite version and keep editing, or start a new card.
A request that fails or is cancelled gives the generation back. The count can take a moment to update, so avoid sending the same request twice.
I have generations left, but AI is unavailable
Daily service limits or a short pause can stop new requests. Follow the message in the maker and try again later. This doesn't use your generations.
