I started with a photo from my camera roll and expected to spend ages fiddling with it, but the whole thing was surprisingly quick. I tried two styles, moved the text a little, wrote the message on the back and added my sister's address. The preview made it really clear what would be printed. She sent me a photo when it arrived and it looked better than it did on my phone.

How it looks printed
Pet portrait postcards, starring your pet
Your dog already thinks they're the main character. Now they can be. Upload a photo of your dog or cat, pick a design from the Pets collection, and they take the lead role on a real postcard. You see the whole card, front and back, before you pay.
There are dog birthday cards and cat birthday cards, plenty of them written as a birthday card from the dog or the cat, who naturally take all the credit. In December there are dog and cat Christmas cards for the pet who has never once made the nice list. And when a pet has died, gentle pet sympathy cards let you send a photo of the one they loved.
Designing is free. Add your own words or a photo of your handwriting, and we print the postcard and post it for you. No paws required.
What senders say
Real experiences, from making a postcard to sending it.
Postcards in the wild
Made one on my phone while waiting for a train. Uploaded a holiday photo, used one of the suggested previews or whatever, changed the headline and then wrote the msg. I liked that I didn't have to create an account before I knew I actually wanted the card. Checkout could be easier.
I used atemplate because I had absolutely 0 design ideas. Swapped in my own picture, changed two words and was done. My friend kept it on her fridge which is probably the best review I can give.
Good to know
Is it free to design?
Yes. Designing is free. You only pay for printing and postage, per card.
What makes a good pet photo?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet faces the camera and their eyes show. Keep them away from the very edge of the picture.
Can I add my own handwriting?
Yes. In the message step choose Real handwriting, write a note on paper and add a photo of it. We print it on the back. If you do not see it, type your message instead.
Can I add a video message?
Yes. Add a video of up to 60 seconds and we print a QR code on the card. Whoever scans it can watch in their browser. Any extra price shows before you pay.
